Shipping/Local Pickup Refunds and Returns

Shipping
Shipping is provided at the customer's expense via Canada Post/Purolator or UPS. The shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page.

Flat Shipping
We offer $10 flat shipping in Canada on orders of $100 before tax.

We do not split orders. Should a title be en route/preordered the order will be fullfilled in full when it arrives.

Orders are shipped fully trackable and automatically insured to $100 excluding tax and shipping costs. Additional insurance is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us at flipsidenl@gmail.com if additional insurance is required.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery relating to any shipment. 

Cumulate/Combine Orders Until Flat Shipping is Reached
This option is available for Canadian customers who wish to combine and hold their orders until the minimum threshold is reached for flat shipping. Just complete your orders and once the flat shipping limit is met, we'll contact you. 

Please note: On in stock tites, shipping arrangements must be made within 6 months of ordering. Should arrangements not be made, the order will be considered abandoned and disposed of without refund due to the costs associated with storage and reprocessing.

Local Pickup
We are happy to offer pickup in Mount Pearl & CBS. 
When we receive your order, we will email you with the pickup schedule. Please indicate which time you would like to pick up and we will verify availability. Please be on time for your pickup slot or email if you cannot make it.

If pickup/ shipping arrangements have not been made within 6 months of ordering, the order will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of without refund due to the costs associated with storage and reprocessing.

Please allow 48hrs for order processing

Please note: Should pick up arrangements not be made within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned. The order will be cancelled and refunded. Special orders will not be refunded.

Returns
Purchases made on our website are eligible for refund or exchange within 21 days from ship date/pickup. After 21 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

We do not refund shipping costs or any costs associated with any return. 
Items must be in "as received" condition, i.e. new items in shrink, used items in condition received with all accessories (insert, obi strip, etc).
Exchange and/or Refund will be determined by Flip Side Music and More on an individual basis.
All Used Vinyl and Sale items are final sale.

Defective Exchange
If an item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us promptly at flipsidenl@gmail.com with accompanying photos/video within 21 days of receipt.
Slight warps that do not affect play and minor surface noise including crackle and pops are not considered defects. We are not responsible for what a pressing plant considers acceptable quality control. 
Defective items will only be replaced with the same item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
We do not refund shipping costs or any costs associated with any return. 

Damaged in Transit Returns
If your order looks to be damaged on arrival, please take photos of the packaging and email us at flipsidenl@gmail.com before proceeding
If you open the box and your records appear damaged, please take photos and email us before removing shrink wrap.
Upon receipt of required information we will open a claim with the carrier.
