Released in 1982 by ROIR, Bad Brains’ self-titled debut—famously known as "The Yellow Tape"—served as the band's first full-length release and a seminal bridge between hardcore punk and reggae. This restoration on the band’s own Bad Brains Records imprint features audio remastered by Dave Gardner and original liner notes by Ira Kaplan. It marks a key entry in an official campaign to preserve the band’s iconic recordings for a new era.
