The album consists almost entirely of covers of punk rock and hardcore punk bands like the Stooges, Minor Threat, T.S.O.L., D.R.I., D.I., Dr. Know, and Verbal Abuse.
"Can't Stand You" and "Ddamm" were written by Jeff Hanneman in 1984 and 1985 for a side project called Pap Smear.
"Gemini", is a new original track.
Undisputed Attitude peaked at number 34 on the US Billboard 200.
